„Being born to die makes me laugh.“ Alberto Giacometti Fear lives between us. Fear of the other, of the group, of loneliness, of the unknown, of the known…, fear of flying and falling, too. All these fears, often derisory and instrumentalized, become the hidden driving force of everyday life. No way to stop. There is no forgetting. The traces of anguish, desire and the past draw the organic shape of the moving masses, like a person walking. On a pedestal with transformable volumes, a living sculpture and a place of transit for temporary encounters in a temporary life, eight circus artists, women and men, play with their fears, their impulses and their bonds: the meeting is already a goodbye. Object acrobatics, body juggling: the limits between the human and the material world are fading, Anatomie Anomalie banishes circus objects from the stage and considers space as an apparatus. It forges its material from the roots of physical expression, whether it is called dance, theatre or circus.
